Access to the storefront and our services
Accessibility
Celebrica wants customers and planning partners to be able to explore options, communicate with us, and plan celebrations in a way that works for them.

Using the website
We work to support keyboard navigation, meaningful headings and labels, readable contrast, zoom and reflow, descriptive alternatives for important images, clear validation messages, and common assistive technologies. The storefront is continually updated, so some content or third-party tools may not yet work equally well in every browser or assistive setup.
Alternative ways to plan
If a catalog, quote form, address suggestion, image, animation, or other storefront feature creates a barrier, contact us by email or phone. We can provide product information, help prepare a quote request, or continue the planning conversation through another reasonable communication method.
Event and service accommodations
Tell us about relevant access needs, sensory preferences, communication needs, mobility considerations, allergies, venue constraints, or timing considerations as early as practical. We will discuss what can be reasonably adjusted for the requested service and location. Please share only the planning information needed for the accommodation; a diagnosis is generally not necessary.
Feedback and response
When reporting an accessibility problem, include the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and—if you are comfortable sharing it—the browser, device, or assistive technology involved. We will review the issue and offer a practical alternative while we investigate improvements.
