Storefront planning and service terms
Service and quote terms
These terms explain what the public storefront and quote process do—and when a celebration becomes a confirmed booking with Celebrica LLC.

Quote requests and catalog estimates
Adding a product to the quote cart, creating a review link, or submitting a request does not reserve a date, confirm inventory, or create a booking. Public catalog prices are planning estimates. Celebrica reviews the requested date, location, selected options, staffing, travel, setup, taxes, discounts, and custom work before issuing a final written proposal.
When a booking is confirmed
A booking is confirmed only when Celebrica accepts the requested scope and the customer completes the acceptance and payment steps stated in the final written proposal. That proposal or customer order controls the agreed services, timing, location, pricing, payment schedule, and any event-specific terms if it differs from this storefront summary.
Changes, rescheduling, and cancellation
Tell Celebrica as soon as possible if the date, venue, guest count, selected services, access window, or other event details change. Changes are subject to availability and may change pricing. Rescheduling, cancellation, deposits, credits, and refunds are handled under the final written proposal and the circumstances of the booking; a quote request alone does not create a cancellation obligation.
Safety, weather, and site readiness
Customers are responsible for providing accurate site and event details, lawful venue access, a safe work area, and any permissions reasonably needed for the agreed services. Outdoor work may require a suitable weather plan, shade, power, water, parking, loading access, or an indoor alternative. Celebrica may pause, adapt, relocate, or decline work when conditions are unsafe or materially different from the agreed setup.
Rentals, delivery, and customer care
Rental and delivery timing, setup, pickup, permitted use, supervision, and return condition are defined in the final proposal. The customer should promptly report loss, damage, unsafe conditions, or a delivery problem and should not alter, move, or use equipment outside the agreed instructions when doing so could create risk or damage.
Customer-provided information and materials
The customer confirms that request details are accurate and that they have permission to provide any venue information, names, images, themes, logos, or other materials sent to Celebrica. Please avoid sending sensitive information about children or guests. See the privacy policy for how customer information is handled.
Communications and storefront use
When a customer submits a quote request, Celebrica may respond using the email address or phone number provided for that request. Do not misuse the storefront, attempt to bypass security or request limits, submit another person’s information without authority, or use automated access in a way that disrupts the service. Agents may prepare selection-only drafts, but the customer should review and approve personal details before submission.
Questions before you submit?
Contact Celebrica if a service, rental, schedule, accessibility need, or policy is unclear. We can explain the applicable terms before you accept a final proposal.
